CONDITIONS
Reservation
policy
- Reservation to be confirmed in writing.
- A 50% deposit of the total conference
amount will be required upon confirmation.
- All Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Rates are subject to change with out
notification.
Cancellation
Policy
- Cancellations must be confirmed in
writing.
- Cancellation 10 days or less before
arrival > forfeit the full deposit
- Cancellation from 11 days to 30 days
> forfeit 25% of the deposit
No Show
- In the event of
a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.
Premature
Departure
- Should the departure be premature,
the full extent of the stay, as originally booked
and confirmed, will be charged.
- Refunds of any monies are at the discretion
of management and are dependant on the ability to
re-let the room/s.
Please
Note
- Beverages are not included during lunch
- Dietary requirements to be mentioned
upon booking.
- Final numbers are required 48 hours
prior to function – we cater for that number
and
charge accordingly
- Evening functions of 10 or more, a
10% service fee will be charged.
Terms
and Conditions
- All functions/conference must finish
by the prescribed times, unless a later time is agreed
upon in writing by the guesthouse.
- Any functions/conference that continue
after the prescribed times, a charge of R 900.00 per
hour will be levied.
- The client will be held responsible
for any damages caused to furnishings, breakables
or equipment
during the conference.
- Bookings are held on a provisional
basis for 48 hours.
- Confirmation: All booking to be in
writing and the confirmation form signed and faxed
back. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
